Scope of terms

These terms of service apply to purchases made in the AEROGROFT OÜ online store (hereinafter the Store). By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. Products sold in the Store include automotive spare parts and related products.

Prices and taxes

All prices in the Store are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are added at checkout. Orders with a cart total exceeding 50 euros qualify for free delivery. AEROGROFT OÜ reserves the right to change prices. Changes take effect upon publication in the Store.

Contract formation

The sales contract takes effect from the moment payment is received in the AEROGROFT OÜ account. After payment is received, the buyer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Product unavailability

If an ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the payment will be refunded within 1–7 business days.

Compatibility Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying the compatibility of the part with their specific vehicle. AEROGROFT OÜ accepts no liability for damage resulting from incorrect selection, installation, or use of the product.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has complaints about the Store, they should be sent to aerogroft@aerogroft.ee or by calling +372 534 368 24. If the buyer and AEROGROFT OÜ are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijavaidlused.ee). The committee's proceedings are free of charge for the buyer. The buyer may also use the European Union online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Applicable law

The sales relationship is governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court.

Amendment of terms

AEROGROFT OÜ reserves the right to amend these terms. Buyers will be notified of changes on the Store website. Changes take effect upon publication.
