What data we collect

We collect the following personal data necessary for providing our service:

• Delivery address — for delivering goods.
• Payment data — processed through the EveryPay platform operated by LHV Paytech AS. We do not store card or bank details in our systems.
• Order history — for managing customer accounts and improving our service.
• Device data and cookies — for operating the store and analytics.

Purposes of data processing

• Processing and fulfilling orders.
• Communicating with customers regarding orders, delivery and claims.
• Managing customer accounts.
• Sending marketing offers — only with consent (newsletter subscription or opt-in in customer account).
• Website usage analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) — for improving the store.
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

Legal basis

Data Retention

Order data is retained for 7 years in accordance with accounting legislation. Account data is retained until the account is deleted. Other data (e.g. email correspondence) is retained until the purpose of the inquiry has been fulfilled or until the applicable limitation period has expired. If consent to marketing is withdrawn, we immediately stop sending marketing emails.

Local storage (localStorage)

To improve your browsing experience, we store your selected vehicle data and favourites list in your device's local storage (localStorage). This data remains only on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third parties. The data is cleared when you clear your browser storage or when you log into your customer account, where the data is associated with your account.

Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• Necessary cookies — for operating the store (session, authentication). No consent required.
• Analytical cookies — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Collect anonymous information about store usage (visits, page views, behaviour). Consent required.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Disabling analytical cookies does not affect the core functionality of the store.

Marketing

We send marketing emails only with your consent — either by subscribing to our newsletter or by opting in through your customer account. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw consent in your customer account settings.

Third parties

• EveryPay (LHV Paytech AS) — payment processing.
• Omniva, SmartPosti, OSC Transport — goods delivery.
• Google Analytics — website analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity — website usage analytics.

Third parties process data only to the extent necessary to perform their tasks and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Transfers Outside the EU

When using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, data may be transferred to servers located in the United States. Both service providers ensure data protection in accordance with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
