Ordering & Delivery

Placing an order
To order, add the desired products to your cart. Fill in the required fields, select a delivery method and confirm your order. The contract takes effect from the moment payment is received in the AEROGROFT OÜ account. After confirming your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email.
Stock and availability
The product page shows stock status: in stock or out of stock. Products in stock are dispatched within 1–2 business days. If a product is out of stock, please contact us — we will help you find an alternative or let you know when it becomes available again.
Delivery methods
We deliver across Estonia using the following methods:
Omniva parcel machine
The parcel is delivered to your chosen Omniva parcel machine. Machines are located throughout Estonia — at shops, petrol stations and other convenient locations. You will receive a notification with the opening code by SMS or email.
SmartPosti parcel machine
The parcel is delivered to your chosen SmartPosti parcel machine. SmartPosti machines are located at convenient locations throughout Estonia.
OSC Transport — home delivery
A courier will deliver the parcel directly to your door. The courier will contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable time.
Store pickup
You can collect your order from our store at Valdeku tn 120, Nõmme, 11215 Tallinn. Your order will be ready for collection within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Please wait for a confirmation email or SMS notifying you that your order is ready for pickup before coming to the store.
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 7:00–19:00, Sat–Sun 8:00–16:00
Delivery times
In-stock product: 1–3 business days (1–2 days from us + 1–2 days delivery). Order item: 3–7 business days. Maximum delivery time: 30 calendar days. If delivery exceeds 30 days, we will notify you and if necessary refund the full amount.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs depend on the selected method and are displayed at checkout before confirmation. Free delivery applies to orders over €50 (excluding oversized or items heavier than 30 kg, for which transport conditions are agreed separately).
Product unavailable
If an ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount paid (including delivery costs) within 1–7 business days.
Checking the Package upon Receipt
Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or documenting the damage immediately on the spot — in the presence of the courier or at the parcel machine — by taking a photo.
Order tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email with a link to the courier's website. You can also track your order status through your customer account on our website.
