Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities. To withdraw, please notify us at aerogroft@aerogroft.ee. We will refund all corresponding payments including delivery costs without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return.
Return conditions
- Please open the packaging carefully without damaging it. If the packaging is damaged or the product has been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics, AEROGROFT OÜ reserves the right to claim compensation for the decrease in value.
- The product must be complete — all items included in the packaging must be present.
- Products that have lost their resalable condition due to improper use may be accepted with a deduction for the decrease in value.
- The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer, unless the returned product does not match what was ordered (wrong or defective product).

Decrease in product value
If the condition of the product has deteriorated because the buyer has used it in a way other than what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning, the buyer is liable for the decrease in the product's value. AEROGROFT OÜ may submit a claim for the decrease in value within one month of receiving the returned product.
Core charge (return of old parts)
Certain products (alternators, starters, brake callipers, AC compressors, steering racks, etc.) include a core charge for returning the old part. The old part must be returned within 30 days of receiving the new product.
Basic return requirements
- The old part must be returned in the packaging of the new product. Nothing may be written or attached to the packaging.
- Transport plugs, protective covers and cushioning material from the new product must be used to pack the old part.
- The returned product must be equivalent to the new one in terms of completeness and technical specifications.
- The product must be complete — all parts must be intact and attached.
- The housing must not be damaged.
- The product must not show signs of heavy rust or oxidation.
- The manufacturer's number must be legible.
Reimbursement
Reimbursement is based on the supplier's response — no refund is made before that. The reimbursement decision may take up to 8 weeks. The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer.
Return conditions by product category
The old item will not be accepted, or the deposit will not be refunded, if:
Alternators
- Product is heavily rusted/oxidised.
- Product is incomplete or disassembled.
- Mounting lug is broken.
- Rear plastic cover, voltage regulator or diode block is missing.
- Drive pulley is missing or damaged.
- Vacuum pump is damaged or missing.
- Winding has been overheated.
- Product has burned or shows damage from overvoltage/short circuit.
- Alternator does not rotate.
Starters
- Product is incomplete or disassembled.
- Pull-in relay (solenoid) is missing or damaged.
- Housing is deformed, mounting lug is broken.
- Product is heavily rusted/oxidised.
- Shaft or bendix shows signs of overheating (bluish tint).
- Teeth are damaged.
- Product has burned or shows damage from overvoltage/short circuit.
Brake callipers
- Housing is damaged (mounting lug or other part is broken/missing).
- Product shows cut or crack marks.
- Bleed nipple is broken or its base is damaged.
- Electric calliper plug is broken.
- Product is incomplete.
- Carrier is missing if the new product came with one.
- Electric calliper motor housing is damaged/cracked, mounting lug is broken.
AC compressors
- Pulley is missing or damaged. Clutch is incomplete.
- Hub does not rotate (if clutch has not burned).
- Housing or its mountings are damaged.
- Plug is missing.
- Product is incomplete.
- Pressure valve is missing.
Power steering pumps
- Product is incomplete.
- Some components are missing (e.g. pulley).
- Housing is damaged.
- Product is heavily rusted/oxidised.
- Original factory label/data plate is missing or removed.
- Oil reservoir cap is missing or reservoir is damaged.
- Pulley or its mounting is damaged.
Steering racks and boxes
- Product is incomplete.
- Inner tie rods are missing or damaged.
- Product shows cut or crack marks.
- Housing is damaged.
- Product is heavily rusted/oxidised.
- Rack working surface is heavily rusted.
- Manufacturer number is not legible.
- Pipes are missing, dented or broken.
- Threads, seats or grooves are worn or damaged.
- Electric rack plug/terminals are broken. Wires are torn or cut.
Steering columns
- Grooves are damaged.
- Mounting bracket is damaged or bent.
- Height adjustment lever is damaged or broken.
- Wires are torn, damaged or cut.
- Plug is broken.
- ECU shows signs of opening, motor is missing or disassembled.
Injectors and injector nozzles
- Product is incomplete.
- Injector is bent from removal.
- Plug housing is damaged.
- Nozzle is missing or its housing is damaged.
- Overflow pipes are damaged or broken.
- Product is heavily rusted/oxidised.
- Housing is visibly deformed or shows signs of opening.
High pressure pumps
- Product is incomplete.
- Product is heavily rusted/oxidised.
- Pump wheel fixing nut is missing.
- Wires are torn, damaged or cut.
- Plug housing is damaged.
Claims
AEROGROFT OÜ is liable for non-conformity of sold products that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. A private individual has the right to file claims within two years. If a defect is discovered within the first year, the seller must prove that the defect did not exist at the time the goods were received. However, after the first year has passed, the buyer must prove that the issue is a manufacturing defect rather than wear and tear or misuse.
How to submit a claim
To submit a claim, send an email to aerogroft@aerogroft.ee. Include your order number, product article number, description of the defect and photos. You can also call +372 534 368 24. We will respond in writing within 15 days.
When a claim does not apply
AEROGROFT OÜ is not liable for defects caused after delivery due to the buyer's actions (incorrect installation, misuse, accident, etc.) or resulting from normal wear and tear.
